I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in practice for over ten years. I love being a therapist. Providing counseling to people experiencing hardship is a true passion and a responsibility I do not take lightly. I leave sessions most days feeling a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation for the people I encounter, who have entrusted me with their greatest fears, secrets, and highest aspirations. Although I feel a sense of sadness and sometimes anger towards the challenges and traumas people have experienced, I am filled with excitement and hope for my clients. I know that change is possible.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Irvine, and master’s degree in counseling from California State University, Fullerton. I have two young, beautiful children and a nervous rescue dog. I enjoy working out, watching documentaries, and am learning to play the cello. I love food and music and I cherish my relationships with family and friends.
